Eggfood Deluxe: The Fibre‑Focused Egg Food That Supports Strong, Healthy Birds

Eggfood Deluxe: The Fibre‑Focused Egg Food That Supports Strong, Healthy Birds

Breeding season is one of the most demanding periods for our birds, and the quality of their diet plays a huge role in fertility, chick development, and overall health. That’s why Egg-food Deluxe was created: a ready‑to‑use, loose egg food packed with carefully selected ingredients that support digestion, growth, and breeding success.

Why Eggfood Deluxe?

Many factors influence egg production and breeding performance. During this period, birds need a soft food that delivers balanced nutrition without excessive protein. A protein level between 14–27% is ideal, and Eggfood Deluxe sits at a perfect 14.2%, allowing keepers to safely add extras like peas or Pinkies when needed.

But the real star of this mix is fibre—a nutrient often overlooked but absolutely essential for young birds.

Intestinal disorders are the number one cause of nest death. 50% come from infections, and the other 50% from a lack of dietary fibre.

Egg-food Deluxe was formulated specifically to address this problem.

Key Nutrients & Why They Matter

Calcium Carbonate

Essential for strong eggshells.

Vitamin D

Supports calcium absorption—especially important for indoor birds that don’t receive natural sunlight.

Vitamin A

Improves embryo survival.

Vitamin E

Boosts fertility.

Selenium

Helps prevent egg-binding and supports reproductive health.

Cellulose

Stimulates intestinal development.

Inulin

A sweet-tasting soluble fibre from chicory root that supports digestion and is readily accepted by birds.

Bee Pollen

A natural superfood rich in vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K and minerals such as calcium, zinc, magnesium, iodine, and iron. It increases vitality, strengthens immunity, supports digestion, and boosts fertility.

Prebiotics

Plant-based soluble fibres (inulin, beta-glucans, FOS, pectin) that feed beneficial gut bacteria and help prevent diarrhea—especially crucial for nestlings.

Probiotics

Live microorganisms that inhibit harmful bacteria like E. coli, reduce diarrhea, support immunity, and protect against fungal issues.

Amino Acids

The building blocks of protein. Essential amino acids such as lysine and methionine are vital for growth, resistance, and proper egg formation.

Why Add Extra Protein?

Chicken eggs contain all essential amino acids, but their high fat content can increase the risk of digestive problems. The additional proteins in Eggfood Deluxe are low‑fat, highly digestible, and provide a complete amino acid profile for optimal chick growth.
